Compendium - recommendations and good practices related to hosting international vocational trainees within Erasmus+ programme
The Compendium includes good practices, recommendations, document templates (like hosting company evaluation tool, tutor evaluation tool), in order to support and evaluate hosting companies. The Compendium identifyies problematic areas occurring in different hosting companies and shows how to solve problems related to hosting international VET students, in particular: cultural differences, communication problems, cooperation rules, mentoring tasks, etc. In addition there is a section related to the requirements which mentors have to meet (including psychological and pedagogical recommendations). The Compendium also includes hosting company rating system.

Online training for mentors
Online training for mentors is a response to the identified and verified needs of host organizations in terms of support in the preparation of international projects in the VET sector. The training covers topics such as: cultural and communication problems, self-presentation of students, rules for assigning tasks and their verification, methods of evaluation and work control, the scope of support necessary for trainees, frequent problems and ways of dealing with them.
